Dog is purebred, pedigree if furnished is correct.  Every option is made by seller to insure dog is delivered in a healthy sound condition.  We recommend, at option and expense of buyer, that dog be examined by a veterinarian within 72 hrs (3 working days of purchase).  Seller's sole liability on the above points shall be limited, at seller's option, to replacement with puppy of equal value.  In no event will seller  be liable for any expense incurred by buyer (WE DO NOT REFUND CASH)  unless the puppy doesn't pass the initial 72 hr. vet check, in which case I will refund your money.  I will replace the puppy with another of equal or greater value if the puppy develops any life threatening genetic problem.
